TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale as set out below shall apply to Swedish Stockings’s (restarted as Nadja & Linn Stocking AB, reg nr: 556932-4162) supply to the customer of any of the products listed on this website www.swedishstockings.com. Customers should read the "Terms and Conditions" carefully before ordering any products from this website. By ordering any of Swedish Stockings’s products, the customer agrees to be bound by the "Terms and Conditions".
2. Prices
All prices are in SEK (Swedish kronor) and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The prices are also displayed in EUR, USD, GBP, NOK, DKK at a live exchange rate to the Swedish krona.
3. Payments
Credit Card Security. Swedishstockings.com takes credit card data security very seriously. For that reason, we use Braintree to securely handle credit card information. Braintree is a Validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider. Swedish customers can choose to pay with Klarna using either the invoice or account option. 4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery time within Sweden is normally 3-5 business days, in the EU plus Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Iceland within 7 business days and the rest of the world normally within 15-25 business days. Please note that delivery time for customized orders may take longer. The same delivery time applies when you order a product that is currently out of stock. We ship all orders within Sweden by registered Swedish post mail.
Delays
If delays in delivery occur (without our notification) you can contact us directly by email at info@swedishstockings.com. You always have the right to cancel your purchase if delays in delivery occur. Unretrieved packages are normally not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Shipping
Shipping costs are SEK 22 within Sweden and SEK 44 to all other countries. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed on each and every purchase. If you cancel your purchase and wish to return the item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.
5. Guarantees and Responsibility
Our stockings are made with lots of care and therefore we ask you to read and follow the washing instructions on the packages to ensure your item remains beautiful. You can cancel the purchase, but then there must be a serious product defect. You also have the right to return the product if it’s damaged when you receive it. We disclaim all responsibility for the product from the time it is used.
6. Complaints and Returns
Returns
We refer to the "Distance and Doorstep Sales Act". Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging in the condition they arrived in and together with the delivery note. Please note that you cannot return customized items. Shipping and handling charges of returned items are non-refundable. When we have received the return we will refund the full purchase price. For refunds you must send us your postal giro, bank transfer, personal account or bank account number to info@swedishstockings.com. A refund can take up to 30 working days.
Exchange policy
If you want to exchange an item for another, you as the customer are responsible for paying the shipping costs to send it back to us. However you do not have to pay for the shipping of the new item. The exchange policy applies only to a product in the same price range. When switching to a more expensive product you will have to pay the price difference.
NOTE: Always remember to contact us via info@swedishstockings.com before returning any item to us.
Complaints and claims
Please inform us if you are not satisfied with the product and indicate how you believe the item is faulty. Once you have told us we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions. Always notify us of any claims as soon as possible. According to the Swedish "Consumer Sales Act" you have a warranty of 3 years. After six months it is up to the customer to prove that the fault was original.
Untretrieved package
Always contact Swedish Stockings in use of right of withdrawal, claim, exchange or return of your order.
NOTE: If you are away when your purchase is being shipped and cannot pick up your item, please inform us by using the message field before checking out. We will happily send your order when you are back home again or we can send it to another address.
Damage during transportation
If you discover damage on the package, you should immediately notify the post office. Do not accept a damaged package!
If you discover the damage after opening the package, and the damage can be assigned to the handling of the post office or shipping company, you should contact them and make a claim.
7. Product information
To meet the global awareness for eco-friendly processes, our stockings are primarily made out of recycled eco yarn. Together with NILIT® Ecocare we produce high quality ecological stockings. NILIT® Ecocare recycled nylon 6.6 with deep, uniform color is the first patented nylon recycled product.
It has many advantageous properties, some of which are high-quality recycled polyamide chips that retain the properties of virgin fibers, excellent color depth and uniformity in regular dye process, minimizes waste, reduces energy consumption and conserves crude oil.
We work very closely with our suppliers to ensure the authenticity of every product.
8. Care instructions
We recommend that you take good care of your purchase to maintain its beautiful appearance and long-term usage. Please avoid contact with any rough materials or surfaces. For washing, please follow washing instructions printed on the back of the package or on our website.
9. Use of Cookies
The website uses cookies. Cookies are used to optimize the website’s functions and to adjust it to your demands. The website’s functionality is in part dependent on the use of temporary cookies.

10. Force Majeur
Swedish Stockings shall in case of Force Majeure be relieved from liability for failure to perform obligations where the failure is a result of acts of nature, acts of terrorism, wars, accidents, strike, embargo, government sanction, sabotage, interruption or failure of electricity and internet services or other similar occurrence beyond Swedish Stockings’s control.
11. Privacy Policy
Nadja & Linn Stockings AB complies with the Personal Data Act (1998:204) (PUL). We have also established a privacy policy that everyone in the company must follow. We process personal data such as names, phone numbers, addresses and email addresses. This information is only used in order to fulfill our obligations to you and in communication between Swedish Stockings and the customer. When you make a purchase you agree that we may access your personal data. You have the right to be informed about the processing of your personal data. You can always request changes to your data in our system or to have your information removed.
